Quality Indicator Award

This award has been an ongoing quality incentive for Coos centers, and recently expanded to be inclusive of the new QRIS system and quality measures around business and culture initiatives. This initiative supports and incentivizes child care programs to go above and beyond in ECE quality measures along with providing funding to partake in yearly ongoing child care center improvement plans. The award is utilized to support each center’s individual improvement plans in the areas of program quality, workforce development, and best business practices.

Child Care Affordability & Sustainability Pilot

The Child Care Affordability and Sustainability Pilot builds capacity within participating childcare centers to generate revenue, recruit and retain their workforce, and support their sustainability. Pilot centers will increase their tuition rates, support their families in applying for New Hampshire Child Care Scholarship program, and create an Affordability Fund. This fund will decrease the impact of increased rates on families that are not eligible for the New Hampshire Child Care Scholarship program.

Annual Bonus Match

All Directors contribute to an Employee Bonus Pool centralized within the Network. The Director Network will then match that contribution at 2:1, which increases bonuses given as well as growing collaboration between all centers within Coös County.

Oil Assistance (Pending)

Through business collaboration with local agencies, the Director Network has been able to offer an oil assistance plan. There are personal & business discounts to support both centers and employees.
